T.R. Istanbul Kultur University
Istanbul Kultur University is a private university established on July 9, 1997, in Bakırkoy, Istanbul.
The university operates on four campuses in Istanbul: Atakoy, Sirinevler, İncirli, and Basın Ekspres Campus.
In the 2021-2022 academic year, 15,116 students studied at the university.
The university's fundamental principle is to educate students in the spirit of Ataturk. This principle is expressed in Article 3 of the university's regulations as follows: "Culture always aims to live in accordance with the principles and reforms of Ataturk, to live under the guidance of reason and science, and to transcend the level of nature, which is the dynamic ideal of modern civilization." Special emphasis is placed on the education and guidance of students in this regard.
